H.A.V.E.N. Eating Disorders Program

H.A.V.E.N. (Healing, Accessible Care, Vision, Empowerment, Nourishment) is a unique eating disorders program developed in collaboration with Children’s Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) to support young people with disordered eating and/or a diagnosed eating disorder in a community-based setting.  The treatment and interventions are tailored to the diagnosis and designed to help clients develop a more mindful, resilient, and adaptable outlook by cultivating greater self-acceptance and implementing behaviour change strategies to promote recovery.

  • Children/youth must be medically stable to participate
  • Supported by a multi-disciplinary team including a nurse practitioner, nurse, dietitian, occupational therapist, family therapist, and child & youth counselors
  • Caregivers are integral to treatment and participate in learning and skill development sessions

The program operates Monday to Friday.
